What you'll do

Assisting lawyers and the development team in drafting, editing and proofreading agreements for management and franchise deals, amendments to agreements
Supporting the execution of agreements including arranging for approvals and signing
Preparing and filing closing documentation and contract summaries
Tracking of legal documents and maintaining legal databases
Approximately 20 to 30% of time will be spent on general administrative tasks such as filing and printing
