Partner Account Executive - North & East

About the role

As a Partner Account Executive, you will own and grow strategic business relationships with Cisco’s Growth Partners across the North & East India region. You will serve as a trusted advisor to partner leadership, developing joint business strategies that strengthen partner capabilities, accelerate Cisco adoption, create new market opportunities, and drive sustainable year-over-year revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Own and grow a portfolio of Growth Partners across North & East India, building trusted relationships across partner leadership, sales, technical and business teams
• Develop partner capabilities and practices across key technology areas, enabling partners to build differentiated offerings and go-to-market motions
• Create and execute joint go-to-market and demand-generation initiatives that generate pipeline and accelerate partner-led sales
• Advocate for partner priorities internally and ensure partner capabilities are incorporated into relevant account and territory strategies
• Monitor partner performance through business reviews, pipeline, revenue and profitability metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
