Partner Onboarding Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Partner Onboarding Project Manager to lead the onboarding and launch of RingCentral's strategic partners and service providers across India and the wider region. You will be part of the Commercial team, taking end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional onboarding projects from signed agreement through to successful go-live and operational handover.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end partner onboarding: Lead onboarding projects from contract signature through implementation, launch readiness, go-live
• Drive project execution: Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, RAID logs
• Manage external partner engagement: Establish effective working relationships and project governance with partner stakeholders, aligning processes, responsibilities
• Solve problems and remove blockers: Proactively identify risks, investigate root causes, challenge assumptions
• Lead project governance and (executive) communication: Run joint project meetings and steering committees, drive stakeholder accountability
