Partnership Manager

About the role

You will own the strategy, execution, and growth of Rubick's strategic partnership ecosystem. This role is focused on building, managing, and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, product adoption, and long-term business expansion.

What you'll do

• Own the strategy, execution, and growth of Rubick's strategic partnership ecosystem
• Identify and convert high-value partnership opportunities that accelerate customer acquisition toward Rubick’s growth roadmap
• Lead complex commercial discussions, negotiate multi-tier pricing and revenue-share agreements, and ensure win-win business outcomes
• Own partnership performance end-to-end by tracking business impact, partner satisfaction, net retention, and co-selling revenue contributions
• Build scalable, standardized partnership operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate seamless partner onboarding and white-label licensing programs
