About the role

Patent Prosecution & Portfolio Management: Manage and expand the company's global patent portfolio, including drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications. Litigation and Enforcement Support: Manage and support patent litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel

What you'll do

Provide legal advice on valuable intellectual property rights such as patents, technical data, trade secrets, licenses, copyrights and trademarks
Develop Patent Strategy: To develop the patent strategy of the company so as to secure the interests of the company and reduce its possible exposure
