About the role

This team member will be responsible for overall Payroll processing, Statutory Payments & Labour Law Compliance which are currently existing or may be notified from time to time by the organization or through the Responsibilities* Payroll Process & Statutory Payment Ensure the payroll is processed as per the internal process & salary payouts are on time

What you'll do

• Responsible for overall Payroll processing, Statutory Payments & Labour Law
• Filing of returns under Professional Tax & Income Tax as per the applicable timelines
• Ensure payments under various labour legislations
• Responsible for the Form 16, Income tax declaration & proofs collection coordination
• Assisting to the New Labour Codes Implementation

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Payroll
• Income tax
• Labour law
• HRMS
• Cash flow
• MIS reporting
• Diploma
