Payroll Specialist

About the role

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing while working closely with the Group Payroll Manager and wider payroll team. You will be part of a collaborative HR environment where accuracy, service delivery, continuous improvement and stakeholder support are highly valued.

What you'll do

• End-to-end processing of multiple payrolls across various jurisdictions
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Complete all data entry, reconciliations, and audit checks
• Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and internal departments
• Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on employee data and reporting

• Payroll

• Any graduate
