Payroll Specialist

About the role

The Associate – US Payroll will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll activities for US-based clients. This includes processing payroll, handling tax-related tasks, and ensuring compliance with US payroll regulations. The role requires strong knowledge of payroll tools and excellent communication skills to resolve employee queries efficiently.

What you'll do

• Process payroll for client employees, including setting up deductions, 401(k) contributions, deductions, and employer matching calculations, new hire onboarding
• Overtime (OT) calculations in accordance with federal and state labor laws
• Handle I-9, W-4, W-2 forms, E-Verification, and amendment activities
• Resolve employee queries via calls and emails
• Prepare weekly and month-end reports
