About the role

By managing these responsibilities, the T&A specialist can ensure effective time and attendance management across the diverse and complex landscapes of the EMEA and APAC regions, supporting the organization’s overall efficiency and compliance objectives. Maintain and manage timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate recording of employee hours, overtime, and leave.

What you'll do

• Track and monitor employee attendance, including clock-ins, clock-outs, breaks, and overtime
• Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate data entry and system integrity
• Verify and validate time records, addressing any inconsistencies or errors
• Implement and enforce time and attendance policies
• Provide time & attendance/wage & hour subject matter expertise of an area in question to resolve an employee issue

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
