Payroll Specialist – Payroll Banking Administrator

About the role

KBR is seeking a Payroll Specialist – Payroll Banking Administrator to support global payroll banking operations across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. This role is responsible for coordinating payroll disbursements, managing payroll funding activities, ensuring banking and regulatory compliance and supporting treasury-related cash flow processes.

What you'll do

• Support payroll banking operations across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada
• Manage payroll payment processing, funding activities and salary disbursements to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Respond to employee payment inquiries and collaborate with banking partners to resolve payroll and compliance-related issues
• Assist with payroll funding, cash flow analysis and treasury reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls and country-specific payroll requirements
