Payroll Specialist - Payroll Time Admin/Labor processor

About the role

The Payroll Time Admin/Labor processor is responsible for the administration, validation and processing of employee time and labour data within Deltek Costpoint and other timekeeping systems. This role ensures accurate labour processing, compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies and seamless integration of time data into payroll processes.

What you'll do

• Administer and maintain employee time and attendance records within Deltek Costpoint and other approved timekeeping systems
• Review, validate and approve employee time entries, schedules and exception reports
• Execute weekly labour processing activities while maintaining data accuracy and compliance standards
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, including FLSA and regional timekeeping regulations
• Conduct periodic audits of employee time records to identify discrepancies, errors, or policy violations
