About the role

Manufacturing Process Engineer – Machined Components is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining machining and allied manufacturing

What you'll do

• Process Development & Optimization
• Release machining process plans, operation sheets, and control plans for new
• (speeds, feeds, depths of cut) and tooling strategies to optimize cycle time
• Tool life, and surface finish
• Cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and coolant systems from domestic and global

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• CNC operation
• CNC programming
• Mechanical engineering
• GD&T
• CATIA
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• SolidWorks
• Siemens NX
• SOP writing
• Lathe operation
• Lean
