Sr. Engineer – Quality (Incoming & Supplier Quality)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Engineer – Quality to lead the quality of all outsourced and CNC-machined components, from incoming inspection to supplier development. You will lead a small team and drive supplier quality improvement. You will also work closely with the Outsourcing & Procurement, CNC, Assembly, R&D and senior management teams, so that every component reaching our assembly line meets specification.

What you'll do

• Incoming Quality & Inspection
• Ensure all outsourced components are inspected within the specified time frames
• Collect and maintain inspection reports, Material Test Certificates (MTC) and special process certificates from vendors, in line with record-retention policies
• Conduct spot inspections on components when required
• Log incoming quality issues in Odoo and circulate reports to the Outsourcing & Procurement team

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• CNC operation
• Quality control
• Root cause analysis
• Mechanical engineering
• GD&T
• ISO 9001
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
