About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pega Tech Lead with expertise in Customer Decision Hub (CDH) or Technical Lead Decision Architect (LDA) roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Pega implementation projects, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements. This role demands in-depth knowledge of the Pega platform, hands-on experience with decisioning solutions, and the ability to guide teams to success.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage end-to-end Pega CDH implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical specifications
• Architect and design scalable, performance-optimized solutions on the Pega PRPC platform (version 8+)
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring high-quality delivery of Pega solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate decisioning, marketing, and business operations processes into Pega systems

What you need
