About the role

This senior global leadership role owns end-to-end People Analytics, HR data governance and the global BI platform, partnering cross-functionally to establish standards and deliver data-driven strategic insights to the executive team. It spearheads AI innovation to scale analytical capabilities, drive HR transformation and empower the global HR community.

• Drive global HR data governance and quality excellence – Steer SuccessFactors core data governance and continuous quality improvement
• Lead cross-functional alignment and analytics infrastructure maturity – Collaborate with key stakeholders to unify global data standards
