People Consulting-Payroll Implementation and Consulting-Staff

About the role

We are looking for experienced Staff / Consultants with expertise in Payroll to join the People Consulting team. This is an opportunity to support global payroll advisory and transformation engagements, work with distributed teams across geographies, and build strong functional knowledge across payroll processes, operating models and technology.

What you'll do

• Support delivery of global payroll advisory, transformation and implementation engagements in collaboration with GDS teams and EY member firms
• Support payroll process design, operating model analysis, vendor assessment, requirements gathering and preparation of business and functional documentation
• Develop process maps, standard operating procedures, work instructions, project trackers, status reports and client-ready presentations
• Work as part of a global distributed team and ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of assigned deliverables
• Maintain effective communication with project team members and client stakeholders, proactively highlighting risks, dependencies and issues
