What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, HR reports, SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports
• Build and maintain Power BI semantic data models, including Power Query transformations, relationships, DAX measures, validation controls, dashboard logic
• Translate business requirements into clear reporting specifications, metric definitions, data logic, dashboard designs, and actionable analytical outputs
• Validate and reconcile HR data across source systems and reporting outputs, investigate discrepancies, and support consistent data quality controls
• Analyze workforce, organization, compensation, payroll, and other HR data to identify trends and explain findings in clear business language
