About the role

As a Senior within HR Managed Services, you will help organizations transform and optimize HR service delivery through process redesign, HR Shared Services, HR Service Centre set-up and operating model design. You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to assess current-state operations, design future-state service delivery models, and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, governance, employee experience and service quality.

What you'll do

• Advisory & HR Transformation
• Assess current-state HR processes, service delivery structures, organization capabilities and pain points
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Design future-state HR processes, service delivery models, organization structures and governance frameworks
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned to client priorities
