About the role

From taking care of in-house humans to getting new humans onboard, the Human Resources team is one of the key teams across our team. Consisting of folks with superhuman capabilities, they’re an inspiration to all teams as to how to define a process, follow it and most importantly - nail it. If you have a gene to not get frizzled during key decisions of the organization and can take flawless decisions, the team is looking for you.

What you'll do

• Create and manage employee life cycle process related documents such as SOPs, FAQs to build amazing employee experience across the organization
• Responsible for monthly Payroll Analytics and other HR metrics reporting at the organization level
• Facilitate Audit related queries and follow-up on observations and closure
• Provide high touch support to team members by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach
• Own and manage end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) processes for new joiners, including initiation, tracking, discrepancy management, and timely closure

What you need
