People Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team in Pune. This role will support core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle and serve as a reliable partner to employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders across India and APAC.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day People Operations processes including onboarding, employee transfers, job and data changes, leave administration, compensation changes, benefits
• Process employee transactions accurately and ensure required approvals, documentation, and system updates are completed within defined timelines
• Use Workday, Greenhouse, Jira, and other People systems to maintain accurate and timely employee data
• Serve as a point of contact for routine People Operations queries, supporting employees and managers through email, Slack, Jira, and other channels
• Partner with People Operations, Payroll, People Business Partners, Finance, IT, Workplace, Talent Acquisition
