In this role, you will be the absolute guardian of our global data integrity and the primary gatekeeper for candidate compliance from hire to retire.

• Operational Excellence Partner: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, HRBPs, and external vendors to streamline workflows
• Results (The Output & Success Metrics)
• 100% Compliance Audits: Ensure 100% of active personnel files have fully completed, verified background check clearances within required timelines
