About the role

You will ensure that the team’s people strategy (performance and culture) aligns with the company's overall business goals. If you are a proactive champion of progressive people practices who loves using data to drive engagement, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Use people metrics (like turnover or engagement scores) to identify trends, diagnose team health, and suggest strategic solutions
• Design and execute culture and engagement initiatives that maintain our high-performance, inclusive environment across remote and hybrid global teams
• Serve as a trusted confidant and advisor to handle sensitive employee relations matters, mediate conflicts and guide managers with progressive, empathetic HR practices
• Identify skill gaps and facilitate learning and development programs, performance review cycles, and continuous feedback loops to help our talent grow
• Lead biannual salary benchmarking exercises using real-time data platforms to ensure our total rewards strategy remains attractive in the market
