People Services Advisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Services Advisor to join our growing People Operations team in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Act as a confident and empathetic first line of support for employees, managers and stakeholders, translating complex HR processes into clear, accessible language
• Own the ticket escalation process on our case management platform: monitor incoming cases, assess urgency, collaborate with the relevant teams
• Onboarding: preparation of employment contracts and new hire documentation, medical insurance registration and new joiner orientation
• Support payroll preparation, ensuring records are accurate and processed in a timely manner, particularly during high-volume payroll cycles
• Prepare HR-related letters, certificates and other documents as required (e.g. employment verification and salary certificates, relieving and experience letters)
