People Technology Support Specialist

About the role

People Technology Support Specialist at AVEVA Solutions India. Provide responsive, day-to-day support across AVEVA’s People Technology platforms - primarily Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Peakon - by triaging queries.

What you'll do

• The role focuses on operational excellence, including maintaining data integrity, contributing to knowledge assets
• The Analyst supports a seamless user experience while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Act as a reliable first point of contact for People Technology queries, providing guidance on system functionality, standard processes, and best practices
• Triage and manage incoming requests, performing initial issue analysis and routing or escalating where appropriate
• Monitor support queues, meet SLAs, and maintain clear, accurate case notes to support traceability and audit requirements
