What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day planning, execution and optimisation of paid campaigns on Meta and Google to drive profitable ticket sales
• This is a hands-on, in-platform role: you'll build campaigns, read the data, and act on it — not brief an agency to do it
• Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen)
• Manage monthly budgets across multiple events, markets and product categories; reallocate spend based on performance, not schedule
• Run structured A/B tests on audiences, placements, bidding strategies and creative — one variable at a time, documented outcomes
