Performance Marketing Specialist - Astro

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing professional to manage end-to-end digital marketing—from running ads and creating content ideas to tracking and optimizing performance. This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for results, not just execution. Training and guidance will be provided.

What you'll do

• For each app you work on, you'll study the audience, the market, and the competition - then write ads that get people to download and make that first purchase
• You decide the angle, the hook, the format, and the script - and you write it yourself
• Brief designers and video editors on your concepts and follow through until the output matches your intent
• Ship multiple creative variants per campaign (80-100 per week) - fast cycles, not one polished ad a week
• You run your own A/B tests, read the results, and decide what to try next

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• Performance marketing
• Meta Ads
