Performance Marketing Specialist - Lokal Jobs

About the role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll own end-to-end paid acquisition and play a key role in driving user growth across Lokal's product ecosystem. You'll be responsible for scaling campaigns, improving marketing efficiency, and identifying new growth opportunities through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid acquisition platforms
• Identify, experiment with, and scale new customer acquisition channels
• Analyze campaign performance, customer cohorts, and funnel metrics to uncover growth opportunities
• Design and execute A/B tests for creatives, audiences, landing pages, messaging, and bidding strategies
• Partner with Product teams to recommend improvements based on user behavior, lead quality, and campaign insights
