We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Banker - Inbound to join our Branch Banking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day cash and non-cash transactions while ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience. What you'll do

• Be the face of the bank, addressing customer needs, promoting banking services, and ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency
• Manage cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and accurately
• Handle customer requests related to cash withdrawals, deposits, demand drafts, and cheque processing
• Provide general banking information and resolve customer queries promptly
• Maintain high standards of speed and accuracy in all transactional processes
