About the role

Identify and connect with companies, recruiters, HR professionals, and industry partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing employers. Generate job opportunities aligned with students’ skills, qualifications, and career aspirations. Build partnerships with companies across sectors such as IT, STEM, BFSI, retail, manufacturing, and the social sector.

What you'll do

• Identify and connect with companies, recruiters, HR professionals, and industry partners
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing employers
• Build partnerships with companies across sectors such as IT, STEM, BFSI, retail, manufacturing, and the social sector
• Achieve monthly and annual placement targets
• Prepare students for interviews through mock interviews, resume building, communication sessions, and career guidance

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Recruitment
• MIS reporting
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹30k–₹40k a month
