Planning Lead - East Region (Sourcing)

About the role

Responsible for end-to-end planning and coordination of gold jewellery production , ensuring optimum utilization of materials and production capacity, timely order fulfilment, efficient post-production operations, and effective warehouse and CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) operations. The role focuses on achieving delivery commitments while maintaining stringent controls over gold inventory, product movement, quality, cost, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Production Planning & Control
• Coordinate with sourcing, Supply chain, quality teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans
• Monitor production progress against plan and proactively address capacity constraints, material shortages, bottlenecks, and delivery risks
• Optimize production loading and inventory levels to improve throughput and order fulfilment
• Track key planning metrics including plan adherence, lead time, WIP, ageing, and order backlog
