Plant Admin & HR Manager

About the role

You will be the person who gets both sites open and legal, hires and onboards the technicians and engineers who run them, and keeps the plant compliant, staffed and running day to day. You report to the Supply Chain Lead & Plant Head and work alongside the Plant Supervisor and the Manufacturing Engineer.

What you'll do

• Facility set-up and administration
• Run the lease search and sign-off for the interim unit and the SEZ factory with brokers, landlords and legal: term sheet, fire NOC, electrical load, fit-out permissions
• Own the fit-out schedule with the Manufacturing Engineer: contractors, racking, partitions, test rooms, mezzanine, power, internet, water and sanitation
• Run the plant day to day: security, housekeeping, canteen, transport, utilities, AMCs, consumables, visitor and vendor access
• Statutory compliance and licensing
