Plant Finance Controller

About the role

The Plant Controller role is responsible for finance activities across production, inventory and plant. The role works closely with business, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability of financial processes. Break stuff, break assumptions, break the thumb rule. Believe in the team, the process, and through failures.

What you'll do

• Overall inventory management & Systems control
• Strict compliance of all internal finance control, systems & processes
• Factory ERP implementation & Control
• Ownership of reporting factory PnL to management
• Verification of COGS production order wise & reconciliation of all production orders on daily/weekly/monthly

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
