About the role

Service walk-in customers across all segments with professionalism and efficiency. Generate leads for New-To-Bank customers and cross-sell products such as Term Deposits (TD), Mutual Funds (MF), CASA, and Gold. Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance across all branch operations. Coordinate and support branch audits.
