About the role

Through its ecosystem of businesses — including InMobi Advertising and flagship consumer platform Glance — InMobi leverages data, machine learning, and generative AI to help brands reach audiences more precisely and consumers discover products more intuitively. Glance, which is pioneering new models of agentic commerce, is owned and operated by Glance InMobi Pte.

What you'll do

• Advising and assisting various domestic as well as multi-national mergers and acquisitions
• Advising on substantial acquisitions
• Assisting in transaction structuring; Structuring, drafting and vetting of transaction documents and negotiation
• Conducting legal due diligence on the target companies/vendor due diligences representing the companies
• Providing opinions on foreign direct investment/overseas direct investment issues/ share transfer issues involving non-resident entities

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Due diligence
• M&A
• LLMs
• Negotiation
• Machine learning
• Any graduate
