Aiming to achieve excellence in precast works, with world-class skill, quality, and safety. The centre is facilitated by a highly productive lean team, leveraging state-of-the-art technology to ensure cost-effective and timely execution.

What you'll do

• The Precast Execution Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all daily precast facility operations to meet project deadlines
• This includes planning production, installation and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards through QC processes, and optimizing material inventory and usage
• The role also involves leading and training the production team while driving continuous improvement and a site-wide safety culture
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians
• Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and ensure effective workforce.Conduct training for the staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
