Presales Executive

About the role

The role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, CRM discipline, and a customer-first mindset.

What you'll do

• Lead Management & Qualification
• Handle inbound leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and maintain accurate lead status
• Provide detailed information on pricing, amenities, policies, and availability
• Build rapport with prospects and address initial queries professionally

What you need
