Principal Civil Engineer

About the role

Provide technical supervision for the Civil Engineering Team, guiding senior and junior engineers and coordinating with Lead Engineers & Designers. Ensure discipline procedures, standards, calculation methods, templates, and guidelines are followed and continuously improved. Support staff development through coaching, technical training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and reviewing team performance.

What you'll do

• Provide technical supervision for the Civil Engineering Team, guiding senior and junior engineers and coordinating with Lead Engineers & Designers
• Ensure discipline procedures, standards, calculation methods, templates, and guidelines are followed and continuously improved
• Support staff development through coaching, technical training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and reviewing team performance
• Assist the Discipline Manager with interviews and manpower planning
• Lead the civil engineering scope across conceptual, FEED, and detailed design phases
