Principal Product Manager, Retail Business Services, RBS: Cost To Serve

About the role

Retail Business Services (RBS) supports Amazon's Retail business growth WW through three core tasks. These are (a) Selection, where RBS sources, creates and enrich ASINs to drive GMS growth; (b) Defect Elimination: where RBS resolves inbound supply chain defects and develops root cause fixes to improve free cash flow and (c) supports operational process for WW Retail teams where there is an air gap in the tech stack.

What you'll do

• Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights for enhancing systems
• Set AI/ML product strategy, prioritizing capabilities and making build-vs-buy calls across the portfolio
• Liaise with tech, product, ops and category teams to ensure timely deliverables for key projects
• Influence VP/SVP/S-Team decisions and set product direction org-wide through compelling business documents
