Principal Technical Account Manager

About the role

As a Principal Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted customer advocate and senior technical advisor. You will translate customer business requirements into integrated solutions, assess cloud environments, identify gaps, and guide customers through cloud adoption and implementation.

What you'll do

• Partner with customers to understand business goals, requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes, translating them into practical technical and process solutions
• Lead fit-gap assessments of customer cloud environments and develop roadmaps for cloud transition, implementation, and optimization
• Define and align the functional and technical vision for program solutions with customer and internal stakeholders
• Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery across requirements intake, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live
• Design secure, scalable OCI architectures, including networking, security, identity and access management, and infrastructure frameworks
