About the role

As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will own execution for large, cross-functional technical programs at Quince to help us scale and grow in existing geographies or launch new countries. You will work across product, engineering, business, and legal to align on scope, priorities, and dependencies.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end delivery, from scoping through launch and post-launch measurement
  • Work directly with engineering & product leads and architects on technical/business trade-offs
  • Drive alignment across US and India teams, including product and business leadership in Pacific time
  • Surface risks early and push for decisions when teams are stuck
  • Communicate status, risk, and asks to senior leadership in clear writing

What you need

  • 10–14 yrs of experience
  • TPM
  • Any graduate
