Process Associate, BLR7 Inbound

About the role

You will work with the Leadership team at to improve existing systems or processes or devise new ways and reduce defects to serve Amazon’s customers better. You will be required to analyze data, interact with cross functional teams, recommend and pilot improvements that will help us serve our customers better, in line with our goal to be the Earth’s Most Customer Centric Company.

What you'll do

• Be required to analyze data, interact with cross functional teams, recommend and pilot improvements that will help us serve our customers better
• Manage daily floor operations (inbound, outbound, and re-boxing)
• Ensure quality checks and minimize defects
• Follow and enforce SOP compliance
• Track and report daily performance metrics (KPI)

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• Excel
