Job Summary The Sales Order Processing Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end sales order activities, from order receipt to order confirmation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with commercial terms, and timely processing. The role supports seamless order fulfillment by coordinating with sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams.

What you'll do

• Responsible for managing end-to-end sales order activities, from order receipt to order confirmation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with commercial terms
• Process sales orders based on approved quotations, customer purchase orders, and contracts
• Create and manage sales orders in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Pronto)
• Ensure Order acknowledgements, Handover are completed for all the orders processed
• Process order amendments, cancellations, and revisions in line with approved change requests
