Process Improvement Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Process Improvement Coordinator to lead operational excellence initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will identify inefficiencies, analyze business processes, implement scalable solutions, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Design, implement, and continuously refine scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and documentation
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation
• Data Analysis & Performance Management

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
