Process Lead

About the role

The role executes repeatable, rules-led work using approved procedures, templates and systems.

What you'll do

• Risk, incident and action administration: maintain incidents, issues, risks and actions in Scala and local trackers; chase updates, monitor ageing and escalate exceptions
• Audit and control support: coordinate evidence requests, maintain audit and control trackers, support QCE/IFC activity and monitor completion
• Document and service management: maintain SharePoint, Risk Hub, SOPs and version control; perform quality checks and support KPI/SLA reporting and process improvement
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Delivery to agreed calendars and service levels
