About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procure to Pay (PTP) Lead at E2.1 level to lead day-to-day PTP / Accounts Payable operations and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery. The role will oversee vendor master activities, invoice processing, PO and non-PO invoices, three-way matching, travel and expense claims, payments, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions, reporting, audit support, and supplier/internal stakeholder queries.

What you'll do

• Processing of supplier invoices, coding of invoices, three-way matching of invoices with Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
• Retention of original documentation in a format and location compliant with relevant local regulations
• Processing of PO and non-PO based invoices
• Processing of Travel and Expense (T&E) claims, including sample matching of supporting documentation with claims and highlighting exceptions in accordance with the…
• Support sample review of processed invoices and T&E transactions by the Team Leader and Quality Analyst
