The Processing Specialist – Retail Operations RCC Recon is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of daily financial transactions within the retail banking ecosystem. This role involves performing reconciliations, monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, and enhancing internal controls to mitigate operational risks.

What you'll do

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of retail banking transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor transactions for compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain proper documentation and records to support audit and regulatory requirements
• Implement and enhance internal controls to reduce operational risks associated with reconciliations and financial transactions
• Maintain detailed process documentation to support regulatory compliance and audit readiness

What you need
