Procurement Specialist (IT)

About the role

The Procurement Senior Associate, Ankura IT, supports the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for technology goods and services across the firm.

What you'll do

• Partner with IT stakeholders to understand purchasing needs, validate requirements, and support sourcing strategies for hardware, software, SaaS subscriptions
• Support competitive sourcing events, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, by coordinating vendor outreach, collecting responses, preparing comparison summaries
• Create, process, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, vendor quotes, procurement policies
• Support supplier onboarding, vendor record maintenance, catalog updates, and data accuracy within Coupa or other procurement systems
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice, receipt, purchase order, and payment discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
