Tech Manager, CX

About the role

This position will lead multiple R&D teams that are developing a portfolio of enterprise grade and cloud scale products. We are looking for someone who is an established R&D leader, passionate about building and operating cloud native and highly distributed products that are used by millions of users in a SaaS business model, has a deep understanding of agile development methods and can lead a high-performance R&D team.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of talented engineers – Dev and QA. Manage all people aspects, such as hiring, reviews, mentoring, promotions, etc
• Own the development and delivery of the components under your team’s responsibility
• Work with the Product Owner and Software Architect on the planning of the development activities of the product
• Act as Scrum Master for the development team
• Liaise with the scrum team to promote good work practices & continuous improvement
