Product Compliance Manager

About the role

As a Product Compliance Manager, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Engineering and AI. You will help ensure that Nium's products are designed, launched and operated in line with regulatory expectations across multiple jurisdictions. This role goes beyond interpreting regulation.

What you'll do

• Product Advisory & Risk
• Partner with Product, Business and Engineering teams from ideation through launch and ongoing product evolution
• Understand customer journeys, product architecture and end-to-end payment flows
• Assess new products, features, payment methods, partnerships and material product changes
• Independently lead New Product Risk Assessments (NPRAs) and identify regulatory, financial crime and operational risks

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• Financial statements
• Any graduate
