Product Consultant

About the role

We are hiring multiple Product Consultants to assist customers in resolving technical issues related to our products and services. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide effective solutions, and guide users through various product features and functionalities. Your contributions will be instrumental in strengthening our reputation by delivering outstanding customer consultation and support throughout the sales and post-sales experience.

What you'll do

• Be our customers' first point of contact, providing friendly and efficient consultation and support
• Help our clients be the best at what they do by explaining the platform functionality and tools
• Investigate and troubleshoot internal and customer-reported issues and provide follow-ups to the clients
• Use a variety of software and tools to track and manage customer interactions
• Work with other teams to ensure a consistent client experience

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Ticketing tools
• Zendesk
• Problem solving
• Any graduate
